When you do start to weed out the meats that you are getting, you need to focus on doing this slowly to allow the body to adapt to the different food sources that it is processing.
You should also aim to prepare all of your fruits and vegetables in advance so that you can monitor what you are eating. It is a good idea to buy frozen vegetables that are simple to prepare or to make up a large salad everyday that can be used for two to three portions.
